We Must Change the Way We Access Women’s Health

Education about menstrual health is an incredible tool for shifting culture about periods. Given policy follows culture, systemic change happens when we increase awareness education about menstrual health.

We won’t stop until everyone has access to period supplies.

Learn how you can help bring an end to period poverty and spread awareness about the importance of talking about women’s health.

It’s time for the talk

You know that one. It’s what all parents dread having and what young girls’ wince with embarrassment over. It’s acknowledgement of the end of an era and the start of new journey into womanhood. It’s empowerment and about taking hold of the future with confidence.

That’s right. It’s time to talk about periods.

There’s no shame in women’s health; it’s something every young girl goes through 7 days out of the month. We shouldn’t be placing a taboo on this subject, and it’s time to stop that. Help us by donating and we’ll send a “period kit” to a woman in need.

Each donation of $25 sends a period kit to a woman in need. Within each kit, you can find everything you’ll need; sanitary pads, tampons, underwear, and much more!

Providing products to those who are in immediate need of them.

The Talk is making waves

“The Talk” aims to end the stigma surrounding menstruation and encourages parents to have a healthy conversation about women’s health at home. We strive to educate mother’s and father’s alike to better understand what their daughter is going through.

In the spirit of the Netflix movie, Fatherhood, The Talk explores the relationship between a father and a daughter after the tragic passing of the mother. This short film delves into the reality of dealing with a girl’s journey through her first menstruation and how a single father handles it.

The Talk has the intention of opening a dialogue and bridging the gap between the lack of education about female hygiene and breaking the restraints surrounding menstruation.
